As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching, and qualifying potential clients for ARBEXOR's IT services. You'll work closely with the BD team, use AI tools daily, and handle the complete early-stage sales cycle from research to discovery call. We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-driven candidate who uses AI as a core part of how they work, not an afterthought.

What You Will Do

1. Research and identify potential clients using AI tools like Apollo.io, Clay, and LinkedIn
2. Execute outbound outreach cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls with a personalised approach
3. Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the senior BDM team
4. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently with warm prospects
5. Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and capability documents
6. Track outreach metrics responses, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced
7. Stay updated on IT industry trends and client pain points in international markets

What We Are Looking For

1. 0 to 4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation
2. Strong English communication written and spoken
3. Confident on calls and comfortable with rejection you treat every no as data
4. Basic understanding of IT services web, mobile, and software solutions
5. Curiosity about AI tools and ready to use them as part of daily workflow
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
7. CRM experience is a plus HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
